OSHAcademy provides free access to occupational safety and health training courses which are designed for employees, supervisors, managers, and employers. Unlike other online training providers that charge a fee to access their training material, OSHAcademy only charges a fee to document a student's training. OSHAcademy currently offers more than 175 courses and 54 programs, with many more courses planned.

Hi Brian — thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion or frustration regarding the shipping and delivery of your certificate. All physical certificates on our website are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is the standard shipping option displayed in the cart at checkout. Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–5 business days, which is also noted in the shopping cart, on the receipt and in our FAQs. We do not automatically ship via USPS Express unless a student contacts us directly to request and pay for that upgraded service. In your case, your order was placed on Sunday, 12/28, processed on Monday, 12/29, and mailed the following morning. Toward the end of December, USPS made temporary adjustments to their transportation operations, which affected how and when mail was postmarked and processed. As a result, some Priority Mail shipments experienced delays that were outside of our control. We understand how important timely delivery can be and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving communication and service. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. OSHAcademy is unique because we provide free access to all of our training materials. This includes access to course exercises, videos, knowledge checks, PDF study guides, and final exams. All of this for free! Students will only receive detailed exam results if they have purchased certificates for that course or a program that includes that course. If you have not purchased certificates, but you have passed the final exam, the course will show an icon letting you know we have received your exam and results are available once you have purchased certificates to document your training. If you did not pass the final exam for a course, it will be listed as 'Retake Exam'. Have a good day. The OSHAcademy Team
