OSHAcademy provides free access to occupational safety and health training courses which are designed for employees, supervisors, managers, and employers. Unlike other online training providers that charge a fee to access their training material, OSHAcademy only charges a fee to document a student's training. OSHAcademy currently offers more than 175 courses and 54 programs, with many more courses planned.

“Certificate is to expensive for the one received Shipped express but placed in a priority mail envolope so it took 1 week to get here”

Hi Brian — thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion or frustration regarding the shipping and delivery of your certificate. All physical certificates on our website are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is the standard shipping option displayed in the cart at checkout. Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–5 business days, which is also noted in the shopping cart, on the receipt and in our FAQs. We do not automatically ship via USPS Express unless a student contacts us directly to request and pay for that upgraded service. In your case, your order was placed on Sunday, 12/28, processed on Monday, 12/29, and mailed the following morning. Toward the end of December, USPS made temporary adjustments to their transportation operations, which affected how and when mail was postmarked and processed. As a result, some Priority Mail shipments experienced delays that were outside of our control. We understand how important timely delivery can be and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving communication and service. Hi Suresh, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review for OSHAcademy. Can you please clarify what you mean by stating, "you did not get a response with that certificate..." We reviewed your student account and your PDF training certificate is available for you to view/print/save to your computer. If you paid for the training certificate before you took the final exam, you should have also received an email from OSHAcademy telling you whether or not you missed any questions on the course final exam.
