“Excellent quality shoe and delivery time very quick. Was sent the wrong letter on shoe and I ordered a size too big and they turned it round within a week. If ordering, I would recommend ordering a size smaller than your standard size as the shoe is a large build. Really happy with shoes Excellent Service. Would recommend the Charles Black Personalised Initials and would recommend Oswin Hyde”
