“Might be Long review but very positive. I originally purchased another boot, however I received an email saying I was to be refunded. I was a little annoyed and email to ask why. I did not receive an email reply but actually a phone call which I was a little shocked and taken aback by. They called to apologies and explained the original boots I ordered in my size once checked had a larger shoe size in the box. So I was offered these Dennis boots which were more expensive at the same prices as the other boots again which I had purchased with a 20% promo code. I need to try two sizes and was sent these out on a next day delivery. Now for the boots themselves I cannot comment really but I have worn the once and they appear to be of good quality I am very happy. However Oswin Hyde have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service, unfortunately which you do not see from retailer anymore as most of them are large faceless compnaies. I also believe some of my correspondence was with the gentleman who own the company. So obviously I highly recommend buying for them and will certainly be back to buy more footwear”
