“I really like them and find them very comfortable. My problem is with customer service.I sent them photos of my water stained shoes and informed them that they had been treated etc!I had left them to dry naturally and treated with suede cleaner,dried and brushed!They are still stained and your customer services don’t want to comment! Anyway,I ordered another pair. Thought they may come as a replacement.No comment was the reaction! Hey Ho,at least I possess some loyalty!!”
