“The shoes appear well made. However I'll return them today as their 'Blorgo' hue is dark brownish in reality, and not purple, as the shoes seemed to be on my laptop screen. I require purple shoes for a purple & white wedding outfit. The shoes are surprisingly full size - a positive. Also, they arrived a cardboard box inside which each shoe was encased in its own white fabric bag. A complimentary shoe horn, some literature on Oswin Hyde, and a circular device that I assume is a cleaning accessory complete the well-presented package. And Oswin Hyde discounted 10% off the purchase price for me, as they do for first time buyers. Finally, a printed returns label was included in the box. I'll definitely be buying from Oswin Hyde, going forward. Edward N”
