“This is more a review of the service that we received aside from the quality of the shoe - as the shoes were purchased for a wedding and not what I would usually purchase. Oswin Hyde showed outstanding customer service, accommodation and empathy. They really went the extra mile. They even suggested that owing to the particular shoe that, there might be a possibility that a smaller size would be warranted - and it was! The shoes are exactly what I needed in a very short time frame and came wrapped professionally with what seemed to be a caring balm for the shoes. Big cheers to Oswin Hyde and their customer service. The fact that the shoes were spiffy and well crafted was a wonderful bonus.”

“Prompt delivery and the shoes exceeded expectations. They are slim fitting, which suits me, and true to size. Can't comment yet on durability but they appear well-made. I use them as a slipper but they would also work well as formal wear”
