“Placed an order yesterday for a different shoe when they checked the wrong size was in the box, got a call back with apologies and could we offer a different style and picked the William shoe it arrived this morning around 9am fantastic service great looking shoe and I have it on today for work very comfortable will order again. Thanks Oswin Hyde”
