“I really like these. I've been using SIS gels for some time but they tend to upset my stomach over long distance endurance cycling (4 hours and greater) when using 3 or more gels. These supergels are quite a thick consistency and need to be squeezed into your mouth and then washed down with a few sips of your drink. They really do boost carbohydrate levels and are great for long distance.”
