“The quilt was sent out without the pad straps, it has taken over 2 weeks for them to finally accept that the straps are missing and then when they do arrive the clips are smaller on the straps than the clips on the bag and so do not work.”

Thanks for your feedback on the quality of the quilt! Actually the reason for delays in responding (as clearly advertised on our website) was that we were closed for the Xmas holidays from 24th Dec to 6th Jan, once we returned to work and liaised with you via email we sent your clips out within 24 hours. Unfortunately the clips were delayed by Royal Mail (likely due to Xmas backlogs and the weather) which was out of our control.
We have been shown videos that you have posted on Facebook groups criticising our product/service and these people have said what is your problem as the clips can be seen to clearly work on YOUR video!
You have also now filed a Paypal claim for your money back stating ITEM NOT RECEIVED which is clearly untrue as your video shows the item in your hands, we also have all tracking details clearly showing you collected the parcel from your local post office.
We are posting this reply and leaving your review visible because we feel that your review is inaccurate.

“I broke my zip on my sleeping bag, the day before my trip. I contacted Ben at 4pm, asked if I ordered now would it be here before I set off (tomorrow) - Ben made sure my order for my first ever quilt was sent post haste. It arrived 11am the next day.
Now onto the quilt. If you've been thinking about trying a quilt, then this is a must! Ive never had a quilt before and I'm categorically never going back to sleeping bag. Never felt comfort like it. Would definitely recommend.”
