“Long one, so I pre ordered the Normad Duo, it was posted promptly, unfortunately on 1st set-up I noticed a very small slit in the outer shell, it came well packaged but the was a little damage to the box that could have been consistent with how the defect happened, I immediately contacted support and was told to post it back, just the damaged part, on them receiving it, they promptly posted out a new outer fly, I've only used the tent once but it's absolutely amazing, it really is.
