“This is definitely a two person tent. My wife and I had a good night despite the weather being 3 degrees. No wind or rain so can't comment on that but really like the tent. Feels good quality and at a good weight. Look forward to using it in more challenging conditions.”
“Great Real 2 person tent, lots of venting,as we pitched for the night there was not a breath of wind through the night and was worried of there being condensation in the morning,to my surprise there's literally none, room for two people,or a palace for one,in future models I would like to see more pocket storage and a connector for walking poles on the door to strut the sides of the tent for bad winds, but this can be sorted by using walking poles on the door guy lines, I also would like to see tensioners on the front back and door guy lines, but again I added my own (£3) on Ebay. All in all great tent and a British company.”
“The Duo is a nice place to spend the night and I particularly like the flexibility of which/all tent flaps to open to get the best views/wind protection, a really good feature. Also a good tent bag. They claim the Duo has had 9 months UK development but Otimos have created a design better for Europe or the USA.The design is like many other similar tents available, such as the MSR Hubba, and shares their good and bad points. Good: spacious without a weight penalty, good sized porches. Bad: 100% mesh inner when camping in mist or rain the mesh means a damp feel in the tent at best, sometimes the wind (ventilation) drives the moisture through the mesh, and its rather cold. I think it would be a lot better tent if it had a solid inner. Still, that said, its a good tent for fair weather camping.”
