“Quite disappointing! I ordered the same bouquet a week previous for someone else and it was perfect. With this one, a different type of vase was used, which totally changed the look at the bouquet. Also, the roses used in this bouquet were fully open and looked like they were on their last leg ready to drop their petals anytime. Would've been nice if they had given me a call to let me know that this bouquet would not be "as shown" and have given me the opportunity to choose some thing else.”
