“I received notice that the delivery had been made but it was the day after the request was made. I thought we had missed the event so I made a phone call and they were in fact delivered on the correct day at the right time and address. Please update the delivery notice. It wasn't clear that the flowers were not in a vase. Please clarify that at the time of purchase. The people had to scramble and find a suitable vase. I also saw that the hand written card was very messy and not clear. Please type it out or get larger cards to write the full message clearly. Thank you.”
