“When picking out the plush toy there was an option of small or large. I chose the small and was expecting a tiny little teddy bear. I was so surprised to see that the small option was actually the size of a regular teddy bear you would buy for a baby's nursery or something. I was curious though, if that is the size of the small one how big is the large one lol. I also wasn't expecting that it was such good quality, not one of those cheap looking non cuddly bears. The person who received it just loved it. Her name is Cheryle and she said "oh my God, there's my little Cher Bear, I am going to put him on my recliner so he can be beside me when I watch tv". So between the flowers, the bear and your customer service, Ottawa Flowers went above and beyond. If I had to give a rating between 1 to 10 I would rate you at 100. Thank you again for providing amazing service at such a sad time.”
