“It did not look like what I ordered. There was no blue and the basket had a handle and was round. No height for a premium basket. Was not thrilled.”

“I was very disappointed in my arrangement. I understand the addition or substitution of flowers is sometimes necessary but this was just wrong. My arrangement was purchased as a funeral arrangement. I chose soft pastel yellow and blue Flowers’s. The arrangement sent to the funeral home was bright blue and yellow. It shouted hey here I am instead of gently saying I’m sorry for your loss.”
