“I ordered a Christmas basket online for my elderly relative in the Ottawa General Hospital. I received notification that the arrangement was delivered the following day. However, much to my dismay it was never received. Unfortunately I was only informed on Christmas Eve so the basket can not be tracked until after the holiday. So disappointed it was not delivered in time for Christmas Day!”

“The basket was lovely! Mark taken away as the delivery person didn’t ring or knock so my aunt didn’t see the basket until 1 am when she happened to step outside”
