“Hello, Today is Friday 8th April, 2022, I received the reel by Australia Post on Monday of this week, On Tuesday afternoon I called your Drummoyne Shop and spoke to one of your staff informing him that the rod hadn't arrived in the Post. Your colleague advised that the rod was being sent by another courier, because of its shape and I should have it by Wednesday at the latest, On Thursday I sent an email to your email address advising that the rod still hadn't arrived. So today being Friday still no Rod to use on the weekend. Pretty poor customer service, for items that I have paid for. If you were in your position, what type of a review would you write. Forwarded for your attention and information. Is it so hard to answer an email? / And arrival of the fishing rod. Awaiting your reply. Jim Athanassiou.”
