“Love our shed! If you’re handy it won’t take long. If you’re like us and break it up - give yourself two weeks. Instructions were great, no issues with delivery and no damage to any pieces. It’s a gorgeous shed!”

“Beautiful structure but leaks like crazy. I would not recommend this to anyone living in an area with heavy rain. The walls leak. The windows leak. The door leaks. The poly panels especially leak. I installed metal flashing to help with the leaks, but it still didn't stop it. I asked the company several times if I could get more metal panels to make the whole roof metal, as we get heavy snow here in winter and heavy rain in summer, but they evaded the question every time. I might have to drive to the border to purchase matching metal pieces to do it myself because these poly panels aren't going to cut it where I live. I wish I had gone with a different model, but it's too late now.”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you have experienced leakage with your shed. We are very committed to finding the reason for the issue. Please be aware that we have sold this shed with the same polycarbonate configuration since 2006 and have not had any issues with that. Our team advises that they have been in contact with you via email and phone numerous phone calls to offer a solution in a quick and swift manner. You response in your emails gave us the impression that you have been happy with the solution as well as the additional parts we would like to send to you. We do have metal roof panels available, but were under the impression that you wanted to keep the polycarbonate panels. We are happy to continue the conversation with you.

“I love my cedar shed! During the summer it's a small, cozy bar. My family and friends love hanging out there with me. I love the cedar smell, the light coming from above, and the breeze blowing thru the many windows! In the winter I'll store my patio furniture inside. This was a great purchase!”

“We absolutely love our garden shed. From calling to confirm our order, talking to Lindsay, she was awesome, took me through the whole shipping process. And when I had a question, I talked to Ute, she was fabulous also. She took me through the delivery process. We have nothing but great things to say as they went over and beyond to help with their customer service. Love the directions for the shed, easy to read, pictures and all parts marked and what steps they went to, that was a lifesaver. I wasn't sure if my husband wanted to put it together and I had someone else on the back burner just in case but it was easy and I just can't say enough how wonderful the company and their product is. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for making a great product, easy to read instructions and having excellent employees. Thank you, Leslie and Dave Wells, Sacramento, CA USA”
