“Dealing with Outdoor Living Today was an extremely positive experience. Shortly after placing an order through a retailer I received an email from Ute at OLT outlining everything from delivery to building the shed. Not only did I receive an email, but this was followed up with a phone call. During the call *** answered all my questions and was very pleasant and helpful. As for the product, because we ordered the product very late in the season, we didn't have an opportunity to build the cabana before it began to snow. However, given the excellent customer service I have received thus far I'm very confident that any issue would be resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I sincerely wish more companies understood the importance of excellent customer service.”

“First of all we love the finished product. It accents the yard beautifully. The instructions were for the most part very easy to read and follow. If I had to say something negative I would say a little more attention to the quality of the trim pieces could have been better. I found a few of mine to be rough and/or split at the ends. Also, in the instructions it should say that a braid nailer should be the preferred tool to hang the trim, but more importantly the facia. I realize it is not a requirement, but it sure would have made life easier right off the hop if we had it. Also, I don't recommend using the screws to attach the facia, use nails. Other than that, this shed is worth every penny. Its classic, well designed, and easy for the weekend warrior to assemble.”
