“The product was well designed, and included very good instructions. Amazingly enough the complex build went together with good fit. We did have a few problems, but they were due to poor layout at our end, although we felt we had done well with it, it was not good enough. Fortunately it still went together well and it looks great. I recommend their product offerings and, with due diligence on the base layout, you will be happy with the results.”

“Overall, I really appreciated communications from Ute on behalf of the company. When my gazebo kit was delivered, there were several damaged parts. UPS "lost" the replacement parts shipment for several days, so they did not arrive when they were supposed to. My next order with OLT (for a shed) came without damage, via a different carrier (FedEx). Changing carriers was a proactive step by OLT. The other issue I faced is that the diagonal support struts provided for the gazebo benches I ordered were cut at the wrong angles, so they did not fit on the benches as pictured in the instructions. I documented this problem for OLT with photos, and they acknowledged that the struts were not right and provided me with substitutes that were right. OLT staff were always polite, personable, and concerned in dealing with these issues.”
