“Dealing with Outdoor Living was a pleasure. They are very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way to delivery. The only thing I had a problem with was that I ordered it thru Sam's club web site and could not get a response from them about the status of my order. it took about 6 weeks for my order to ship. Once I heard from outdoor living to confirm the shipment - everything was fine. Everyone in my neighborhood loves the Sun Shed I purchased. I will recommend Outdoor Living to them all.”

“Our experience with OLT was incredibly smooth and pleasant. Customer service ensured a timely delivery, answered all questions and made us feel assured we were buying a quality product. Pro's: Western Red Cedar that is a beauty to behold and so pleasantly aromatic. All components were built with obvious care and quality. Instructions were straight forward and clear, making the build go smoothly. Con's: Some of the screws provided were not of the best quality ie crooked, and in some cases the Robertson slot was filled over, making the screw unusable. However I would note that the screws provided were more than enough to complete the construction. The biggest concern we had was with the spacing of the wall boards in the kit. After completion of the build we noted that we could see sunshine coming through the inner slots. Taking a piece of paper we were able to easily slide the paper through said slots to the outside. Of course this means that snow would be able to enter. As a solution we silicone caulked all the slots to ensure a seal from the snows that will eventually arrive. We were also fortunate to receive an amount of red cedar strips from a nephew who works in a wood molding fabrication shop here on PEI. I split the pieces of cedar into one inch wide pieces (1/4 inch thick) and cut them to length to place over the gaps. This not only sealed the areas but gave the building the feel of a log cabin. As we are using the area as a craft/bunkhouse this addition was the icing on the cake. However for those people not fortunate enough to have a nephew weilding free cedar pieces I am sure this issue may be cause for frustration. In conclusion this building has met our expectations and we are very satisfied with the purchase. As my brother in law (the handyman/contractor) has said. "I couldn't build something of that quality for that price."”

“From the moment I opened up the pallets, and got the whiff of cedar, and looked at the ordered way everything was packed, I knew I bought the right shed kit! The majority of the shed went together easily, but I would recommend having three or four people help you with the rafters, so they aren't distressed when you move them around.”
