“The people I talked with at OLT were most helpful and interested in how I was doing. This is a most satisfying way to be treated that many other companies could take lessons from. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow and the illustrataions were spot on. The materials were of high quality and are not to be purchased at any of the big box stores, even though the kit was. The price may make some back away, but other units I have seen are very cheaply built and after seeing them up for a couple years are in need of repair. Solid cedar will not cause this problem and I am the envy of the neighborhood. The only area where there was any problem was the trim packages for the base of the posts. I realize this is due in part to the different kind of anchor systems that can be used, but the possibility of including the anchors would allow for a design change to neaten up the process. Highly recommend this to anyone.”

“I was extremely pleased with the process! I was a little hesitant to order that expensive of an item from a company I hadn't dealt with before. But all were very helpful - from the ordering & answering my questions to the tracking of the delivery. I would definitely recommend your products/company & have already done so. We love our pergola and have received many compliments on it! My only concern was with the delivery - there seemed to be some miscommunicaton with our local FEDEX. It took several days to be delivered once it arrived but that most likely was with the local company. Our delivery date was changed 3 times before it actually showed. The product was in OH, they just could't get it delivered. However, I would definitely order from your company again.”
