“I was very pleased with the results. It really looks great at night with the lights on and even better with snow on the ground. You need to know I live in Wyoming. We have had up to 50 people using this 12ft x 20ft Pergola. It was easy to put up and the instructions were clear to follow however I found one measurement to be wrong but I have strong back ground in building houses and welding trailers so I picked up right away what was wrong. I it never even slowed me and my son down putting it together. The wood was in excellent condition when we got it. I did stain it first.”

“Our experience with the pergola was so positive that I have no areas where I could suggest improvements. In fact, my wife and I were so happy with the entire process that we previously sent a letter to ***. I'll include the essence of our letter, shortened for your reference. We are delighted by your (Outdoor Living Today) product, and we have been telling friends about it. I appreciate your taking time on the telephone, shortly after we ordered the pergola, to go over information about shipping, erection and maintenance. The pergola arrived sooner even than the shipper's estimate and in excellent condition. My friends were impressed by the skilful manner of the packing -- as were we. The nature of the crating meant that I was able to recycle every piece including the tarp (but not the staples, alas).The instruction manual was precise and helpful. The exploded views and measurements for such matters as triangulation of the posts were exact and made the job easy. We appreciated the advice about saddles for the posts and are very satisfied with the Simpson brackets recommended. The pergola timbers and small pieces fit together with remarkable precision -- exactly as described. The awning too installed exactly as described and works well in sun or rain. The advice on stains was also helpful. We are happy with the Sikkens product despite the slow drying time caused by an extended period of exceptionally high humidity. In short, we couldn`t be happier with the pergola.”
