“Ordered Greenhouse through Costco, in Halifax. Received call from Outdoor Living Today in British Columbia to explain about the product, what I would need to do to prepare a base to sit it on, how long before it shipped, how long the trip east would take, along with a few other helpful tidbits. This was followed up with an email outlining all the areas that we had discussed, along with a copy of the plans, including dimensions and instructions to setup the greenhouse base. We also received an email, when the product actually left the plant, with the shippers Bl so we could track the progress. It actually arrived a couple of days before the ETA. We were told that 2 people could assemble it in 2-3 days, and although I am partially disabled, with minimum help from my wife, who was staining the cedar as I was assembling, we finished al but a few details in 3 days. Instructions were fairly well written, and easy to follow. This was a positive experience, and I would not hesitate to order again from this company, especially if someone else was going to foot the bill.”

“Called to report damage on windows and back window panel, parts were en route two days later. Talked to *** and owner, ***. They were very helpful. Took a little longer to construct, waiting for parts, but got it done before it got real cold out. I would recommend the company Outdoor Living Today. “I decided to stain all exterior parts before assembly. This left the red cedar smell on the inside. I did not read the manual fully before assembly, which caused a couple of hiccups, but these were overcome. One of the auto vent openers had two stripped screws or bolts, but I replaced with different ones. I would refer Outdoor Living Today to anyone who would ask. Thank you for the great experience. I am looking forward to Spring of 2014.”

“Once the ground was leveled (the most difficult part of building), it was a very enjoyable process to assemble. Having never built anything more that a turkey brooder, I was concerned that the whole assembly of the greenhouse may be quite stressful and frustrating. However it was just the exact opposite. I really enjoyed assembling the greenhouse and just love the final product.”

“I bought the greenhouse after returning from another manufacturer that had a manual that made no sense. This one came with a detailed manual with steps and a video on YouTube to help out. On top of that, there's a toll free number to contact the person who designed the greenhouse (Greg) if any questions/problems arise. I phoned him twice for minor questions and he got back to me immediately. The greenhouse is well made and designed, and can be assembled for the most part with ONE person. I needed help to lift the two completed walls, but did the rest myself. Now that it's up, I can't stop looking at it. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.”
