“The shed is attractive and meets my needs perfectly. It arrived by truck in two large pallets; don't believe them when they say you can unload them manually. So many pieces! Many of the labels had fallen off the pieces, so lots of hunting & measuring. I ordered the metal roof, but also received several duplicate pieces intended for the standard roof kit. A couple of pieces simply did not fit as described in the instructions, notably the rail below the door. The kit was also short a few screws, requiring a trip to the store. But overall, the instructions were good, the kit went together as described, and I am pleased with the end product.”

Regarding pallet delivery, we always encourage our customers to order the liftgate for delivery or have friends available to assist you. As you are correct, there are many pieces on our larger units! As for the labels. We do our best to label everything and will review how we can do a better job labeling in the future, as well as making sure we do not send duplicate parts. Regarding the ill-fitting pieces, we do allow tolerances for various reasons, but our technical team is always standing by for assistance or advice or will send you additional screws, etc if needed. We hope you enjoy your shed for many years to come. Thanks again for taking the time to provide helpful feedback.

“Easier than we thought to put together, has withstood strong winds and rain, minimal warping over the last few months and extreme changes in temperature. Looks even better with a clearcoat of sealer on the wood.”

“Perfect fit for the spot. Some of the wood is rough, but that gives it a very rustic look. We wish now we had ordered shelves, but never installed the window box.”

“Definitely needs 2 handy people to construct this little shed. We put ours up over the course of a weekend including paint and stain. You need to have your foundation ready in advance. Love my little 'she shed'!”
