“I was a little nervous to order such an expensive item from a company I had never heard of before, but the reviews were all really well-written and very positive, so I took a shot and I'm glad I did. My wife was wanting to start a small garden of vegetables soon, and with us owning a large dog we needed something elevated and enclosed to keep the dog out of it. The delivery time was incredibly fast. It was at my house in Georgia within 4 days of ordering. Everything was in the boxes that were delivered, and no issues with warped boards or anything. everything was in pristine condition. I had a few hiccups with the assembly but that was due to my not realizing I was on the wrong page. Once I made sure I was on the correct pages, it was easy to assemble. The instructions have pictures which was a huge help. It is very sturdy and looks amazing. I've already recommended it to a few friends. If you're thinking about purchasing from this company, I would highly recommend it.”

“The first time I put this together I was frustrated because I had to take it apart due to the image in #2 and the piece of wood being too long - I had to go to a hardware store to get it cut. Based on this experience I would not buy it. However, I did purchase two at the same time and because I was aware of how to put it together & the pieces were the correct size, I had a much better experience.”

“Maybe you could pay a little bit more attention to quality control of the wooden parts. Some of them were, I find, on the rough side and slightly warped. Overall I am, however, very happy with the finished product after sanding and adjusting a few parts and finally giving it two coats of stain to preserve against the West Coast weather. Thanks. P.S. This was a birthday present for me.”
