“Very high quality product, easy to follow instructions, and useful web videos. Customer service was also excellent. Questions and queries were encouraged and greeted helpfully. Scenario: My wife and I are mid-60s with little and no building experience. We constructed the pergola ourselves with no outside help. The finished product looks amazing - not to mention its functionality.”

“The product shipped with no damage and came with excellent instructions. Two people assembled the pergola except for standing the main frame up which required 3 people. The rest of the assembly was straightforward all the pieces fit and the quality of wood was excellent!”
