“Once ordered, the factory stayed in contact and called to explain how the delivery would be done and how much the pieces weighed. I met the UPS driver at time and he was right on time. The pallet was broken and we immediately identified several broken and some severely scratched items. The assembly took an entire weekend with three adults. Layout/levelling - 2 hrs, Assembly - 6 hrs, Trim - 6 hrs.”
