“The refill was great. The bag did arrive with a hole in it so ended up with beans all over the house as I had brought the bag straight upstairs. When I went to cut cable tie on the top, the more I touched bag, the more spilled out. It was like a bad comedy sketch
Must have gotten ripped during transit. No harm done & ended up getting bag filled up and the house got an extra good hoover”
“Delivered in bag that obviously had ripped in transit as An Post tape was used to repair, burst again in local postman car and again in my kitchen on arrival. A lot of beans gone due to be delivered in a bag not very ideal”
“Good amount of refill beans, only negative that packaging could be much better as some refill beans have been definately lost in transit as were packed in just a transparent and thin poly bag that had holes in it.”
“Good but electrostatic. You should use a bag within the plastic bag that does not charge. I don’t know the name but it’s a soft material. I have seen it at other companies. Thanks. Over all I recommend.”
