The casket arrived overnight, exactly as promised, with clear and consistent tracking updates throughout. When it arrived, we were deeply moved. “During a very difficult time for our family I ordered a casket I thought my MIL would have loved. Ordered it on Saturday night (late) and payed for extra 2 day shipping $200. Monday morning (late) was given a call stating that the casket I have chosen was out of stock (not sure why it was an option to buy then) so was given an option for two other caskets no option given for a refund. Given the options I asked if I would be able to pay an extra $100 on top of my already $200 shipping cost to have the casket over nighted to ensure the funeral home had it in time for our services only to be told “ No, we don’t offer overnight shipping to Mississippi) but it was an option when I made the original purchase. Keep in mind that they only work during Monday-Friday so if you make a purchase on the weekend according to the company your purchase doesn’t actually take place till Monday and then Tuesday is considered your first shipping day. I will NOT buy from this company in the future. This company needs some serious overhaul on how they do business and “help” customers during a very difficult time. Made our already hard time that much worse.”

“My mother died unexpectedly and we were unprepared for the costs. Fortunately, we gone the same casket for 50% of the cost compared to the funeral home. They were quick to shop and the casket came in extremely well packaged.”
