“During a very difficult time for our family I ordered a casket I thought my MIL would have loved. Ordered it on Saturday night (late) and payed for extra 2 day shipping $200. Monday morning (late) was given a call stating that the casket I have chosen was out of stock (not sure why it was an option to buy then) so was given an option for two other caskets no option given for a refund. Given the options I asked if I would be able to pay an extra $100 on top of my already $200 shipping cost to have the casket over nighted to ensure the funeral home had it in time for our services only to be told “ No, we don’t offer overnight shipping to Mississippi) but it was an option when I made the original purchase. Keep in mind that they only work during Monday-Friday so if you make a purchase on the weekend according to the company your purchase doesn’t actually take place till Monday and then Tuesday is considered your first shipping day. I will NOT buy from this company in the future. This company needs some serious overhaul on how they do business and “help” customers during a very difficult time. Made our already hard time that much worse.”

“My mother died unexpectedly and we were unprepared for the costs. Fortunately, we gone the same casket for 50% of the cost compared to the funeral home. They were quick to shop and the casket came in extremely well packaged.”

“The casket was beautiful, and exactly as described and pictured. Extremely affordable in comparison to purchasing directly from the funeral home. Communication between Overnight Caskets was very good, and they sent update emails every step of the way. Overnight delivery was as scheduled. Absolutely no complaints.”
