“When I called to have the pre-need order shipped i was impressed by the fast friendly customer service. They called back a few hours later and said our ordered casket was out of stock and asked if ok to upgrade. They directed me to pictures on the website to help make the decision. Casket arrived in timely. Funeral director impressed with how well the casket was crates. No dings or flaws noted. We were very satisfied. One thing to keep in mind is the casket is not adjustable inside. My dad fit but was something the funeral director had to work at doing. Totally satisfied with dealing with Overnight Caskets”
