“The casket was beautiful. The problem that I have is with the delivery and customer service. The company name is Overnight Caskets...the original delivery time was 2 days (overnight would be next day)...you should change your company name because it's misleading. Then I paid $100 extra for next day, however, the delivery truck broke down and did not meet the expected delivery date. A representative from Overnight called and informed me of the situation and said that I had to get my $100 refund from the delivery service. The delivery service said the refund should come from Overnight Caskets. The casket was to be delivered on Friday but was delivered on Monday...my Mom's service was on Wednesday. After calls with the seller and the delivery service, I was frustrated and very disappointed with my experience. All of this just days before having to bury my mom.”

“We were very pleased with the casket. I was a little concerned about ordering online and was on edge. Upon seeing the casket my worries immediately melted away. It was delivered ahead of time which was an added bonus. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and for making this difficult process a tiny bit easier.”

“Overnight Casket live Customer Service was great! They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient - just what we needed.
