“INCREDIBLE! I can't express enough how pleased we were with our experience. After shipping and taxes, it was still less than half the price of what the funeral home offered as their "lowest" quality casket. We ordered late on a Tuesday and it arrived Thursday for a Friday viewing. The fueral home said that the it had all of the upgrades that they offer on their premium line. The casket was simply beautiful and worthy of housing my mother. The ONLY thing the casket was missing was the funeral home mark up.”

“Was everything that it was advertised as being. Was on time to the funeral home. The memory tube, I guess I didn't reasearch it's size. Was very small, not sure what you put in there.”

“Buying a casket online went against every instinct I had. It didn't help that I could not find a physical address listed where someone could go in and view prior to buying - all I had to go on was an online catalog and a 1-800 number. I guess my need to save money was stronger than the red lights flashing in my mind. I guess it was just the old school in me because as it turned out, this was arguably the easiest online transaction I've ever done. I paid for overnight shipping (out of the New Jersey depot) around 10 am and at 4pm the next day my wife's casket was being off loaded in Gaithersburg MD. Excellent service and communication plus gorgeous casket. Thank you!!!”
