“Casket was nice, but the funeral home called to say when they got it, there was messed up in the back. I didn't have enough time to exchange it, so we had to go with it. They offered $100 which low, but we settled on $300. I've never purchased a casket online and probably won't do it again.”

“Wonderful customer service. The casket is absolutely beautiful and at a fraction of the cost of what I can buy at the funeral home. I paid for guaranteed delivery, and the casket arrived 1 day earlier than the expected delivery date. It was totally worth the extra money. I loved that the shipping company kept me up to date on shipping progress on a daily basis. Thank you.”
