“There casket was nice.We tried to get Cherry wood but 2 different Cherry woods were not in stock. The finish on the wood had drips from stain when put on around edges...only concern with quality control....shine was great! Thank you! You delivered....”

“Had an excellent experience, and highly recommend to others. There is no reason to allow funeral homes or your emotions to spend money needlessly. I was cautious and called to make sure my top 3 selections were in stock at my nearest warehouse to avoid any delays. I also paid for overnight shipping which worked out perfectly. I ordered on a Monday at 11:11 am EST and it arrived on Tuesday at 12:20 pm EST as I was finishing the arrangements at the funeral home. I was able to look it over and feel confident in my purchase. I had discussed with my dad several years prior to his passing about my intent to buy online. I am sure he would be pleased with the thousands I saved.”

“Lots of reviews are quite short on this site so I'm going to make sure folks know this is a legit company with real people in the US because they really saved the day for us. Sadly, the only reason you are searching for a casket is when you've just lost a loved one. It's a chaotic time and especially during COVID times even more stressful. When my father passed away in September, I was hesitant to purchase a casket online due to all the disclaimers/horror stories and warnings from the funeral home and online posts. However, the fact that the cheapest casket was 3K at the funeral home (literally twice this and worse quality) we decided to take the risk. The casket came early, looked flawless with no scratches and exceeded our expectations. It looked similar to those around the 5K price range at the funeral home. The funeral home accepted it without question (though I didn't tell them I bought it until we had all other arrangements in place to make sure no price gouging). Remember, BE FIRM with the funeral home. It is a FTC rule they must accept delivered caskets no questions asked. One thing I strongly recommend to ALL folks is to just expedite shipping and make sure it is delivered at least 3 days before the funeral. This way you don't risk any drama around damage or disappointment and can get a replacement casket sent overnight and in time. Luckily we didn't run into this issue, but the $150 for expedited shipping is a deal considering the savings on the casket and one less thing to be stressed about. I hope this helps folks.”
