“The casket was absolutely beautiful. The only problem was it was shipped out the day after I ordered it. I ordered it on Monday and did not get it until Thursday, and I paid for two day shipping. I had to change the date of the funeral as a result of this. Deborah Cherry”

“Casket was delivered in good shape. I was not happy with the quality of the pillow. The box inside the casket itself appeared to be very narrow. Are there different sizes for people who are bigger? Ordered on Tuesday and was told that they would wait for my call about delivery. Called the very next day. They sent one casket out on Thursday and another one on Tuesday. Let's see if we get charged for 2 deliveries? Driver said he would only do a curb side drop off. If this is protocol then it should be explained when ordering so that instructions can be left with mortuary.”
