“I was really excited to buy the set of three queen size sheets for $99 when I received the black Friday offer in the email. However, when I push the button that took me to the page, it turns out the deal was even better, it was $49 for the three pack. What I received in the mail was only one set of sheets! After exchanging several emails with two different consumer service representatives who both told me it was my fault and that if I wanted to return it, I needed to pay for shipping, I gave up. So now I’ve paid $49 for a set of mediocre sheets that I don’t want and are sitting in a package in the corner collecting dust. Incredibly unacceptable customer service!”
