“I ordered 6 sheets from overstock sheets. My husband bought the sheets and inadvertently selected the wrong sheets. I called to correct the order before they could ship it. The person who I spoke to was extremely pleasant, professional and provided exceptional customer service. H was able to replace the sheets and send me the right ones without an issue. I know people think it is easy to replace with the correct sheets if the old incorrect ones haven’t shipped yet, but in the current world I have experienced businesses who don’t even want to do the job they are being paid for. Sorry for the negativity but I was so happy with the way my snafu o created was handled with professionalism.”

“We bought them to fit our big mattress. They work well so far (only a week in). Softer after washing them. Not sure I could use them in the summer because they seem to retain heat. Colors are very nice and quality seems to be good.”
