“The fitted split top mattress sheet does not have a clean proper fit, it's too loose. I understand that it is not the original brand of the Sleep Number bed. Hence the overall economical cost. But when a item is not what the customer expected the least he should get is a total refund. But, getting us with a catch 22 policy is not right. If the item is open you can not take back. The only way a customer would know how adequate it is by opening and trying it. You know that. So the policy is not Fair.”

“I have only had them for about two weeks and washed them twice. They seem to be holding up ok. I do have a slight concern with the fitted sheet as it has a slight imperfection where the fabric is bunched up and looks like it may snag and rip. I will keep an eye on it.”
