“I must said the I'm always a bit hesitant in doing business with companies that have no phone number to contact them. In my case the sheets set that I ordered was damage during shipping. I email the company and send pictures of the damage package and surprisingly enough they respond in like 3 min. I will said that Valentino was great, he address all my concerns intermediately, and order a replacement on the spot. Valentino customer service was superb, fast responses, between a couple e-mails the situation was resolved in no time. This company and Valentino has changed my perspective of doing business with companies that don't have phone numbers listed. Before I forget the sheet set fit perfectly, very soft, and cool. We will definitely do business with them again. VALENTINO YOU ARE THE BEST!”
