“I ordered two sets of Twin XL sheets, one of the sets of sheets didn’t wash right and had “bumps” on the sheet. I contacted customer service and they were excellent to work with and I received a replacement set in a couple of days. The sheets are awesome smooth, don’t wrinkle much, and feel great sleeping on them! I would definitely purchase these sheets again!”

“Where are my sheets? They were ordered December 6, 2025 and expected to arrive December 12, 2025. It is now December 27, 2025 and we have not received them yet! Where are they? I want my money back! These were supposed to be a Christmas gift.”

“There were two tears in the fitted sheet. I contacted Overstock SheetClub and almost immediately addressed and sent a replacement. Wow! I will continue to purchase bedding from this company because the quality (aside from the two tears) are great and their cusromer service is awesome.”
