“I'm just shy of 5'9" and currently 142lbs. I have a +3" ape index so being thin with long arms makes fit in most items difficult. The shirt fits well around my torso and is the right length to tuck into my bibs. The length of the arms is pretty good but ends up a little above my wrist bones. This is the only Pactimo item I have so I was nervous about fit. Heat/cool/dryness seems to work well. Generally the only place I feel damp is on my back under my bibs. I feel cool but dry and warm enough at the same time. Depending on temperature I've paired it with a thermal jersey, polartec alpha midlayer+shell, or polartec alpha lined jacket. It worked good enough that I bought a 2nd long sleeve and a short sleeve. The only improvement I could think of is to some way make the neck hole smaller or add a 1/4 zip and I mock neck on it.”

“I just wear this under a long sleeve jersey, and I am comfortable at 40 degrees. I don't need anything else. Under 40 I tried to use this under a thermal jacket and I was too warm.”

“The Thermoregulator long sleeve base layer is my favorite article of fall/winter apparel. It provides excellent warmth and breathability for a variety of weather conditions. I wear it under a basic short sleeve jersey when the temps are in the high 50's and it's all I need to stay warm. I wear it under a long sleeve thermal jersey when it's closer to 50 degrees and also under a goretex jacket when it the temps drop into the 40's and stay warm and comfortable. I am 5'-9", weigh 150, and wear a size M.”

“Works surprisingly well. Two rides so far. One at 32° and one at 25°. Each about 2.5 hours long. Recommend. I got a medium and it fits well on a 5’5” 145lbs male.”
