“I recently picked up a few different base layers from Pactimo and the Alpha Core SL is my new favorite. It's super soft and warm with excellent moisture management. It's proven itself to be worth in temps down to 15 degrees (F) and yet still works well up to 45-50 degrees. I'm 6' 4" and usually wear a L. Based on other reviews, I ordered one size up (XL) and it's a perfect fit.”

“So being honest... I literally laughed when I pulled this out of the bag. It looks like an old wool sock that got worn and stretched to the point it is now transparent. I figured there was absolutely no way it could possibly make an impact... and I was dead wrong! Took it and my Keystone jacket for a crisp 37 degree ride and was nice and toasty - I was shocked. Even more impressive, once my efforts cranked up and the temp increased to the mid 50s the base / jacket combo wicked sweat and kept me comfortable - my normal winter jacket just pooled my sweat and caused me to overheat. So, lengthy review but apparently the not-so impressive looking alpha core is obviously magic... that's the only explanation for keeping me absolutely comfortable throughout a wide range of temps and efforts! Fantastic job Pactimo!”
