“I have always been one to wear perhaps a few to many layers….get sweaty…..then cold! I have slowly been collecting the finest of Pactimo gear. So today in 21° weather I put my trust in just the LS wool base layer and the new Men’s Vertex WX-D Jacket. Let me say it definitely performed as advertised! I could not be more excited to get out and ride in cold weather and leave my (old) extra layers behind! &#xD83C;”

“Great jacket for riding in very cold temps. Have used it mainly for fat-biking in frigid temps. I’d say it’s good for temps up to about 32 (with only a lightweight, long sleeve base layer) - much above 32 and you’re going to get really warm if pedaling even moderately hard. Probably good down to around 0 degrees with a base layer and a thermal jersey or thicker merino wool top underneath. Sleeve length is good, collar could be a little taller so you’ll probably want to wear a neck gaiter / buff if it’s really cold. Three back pockets plus zippered security pocket are appreciated. Wish it came in more colors (red, orange, blue for example). I’m 5’10, 175 lbs and size Large fits well. A little roomy through the body, but for riding in cold weather that’s not a bad thing - plenty of room for layering if needed.”

“I wear a lot of Pactimo gear, I also have never written a review for anything. I do a lot of gravel riding in Pennsylvania and it is always cold and damp. This jacket is incredible - I’ve worn it on rides ranging between 15 and 40 degrees. Climbing I’m not hot, descending I’m not cold. This jacket makes winter riding enjoyable and comfortable!”

“Fantastic warm winter cycling jacket…space age lining keeps me warm in 15 degree cold…amazing…with a dry fit base layer and thin merino wool thermal I was good in very cold Chicago weather …wonderful design..best jacket yet !”
