“the batteries don't last long we've had to replace 4 batteries already in the last year they stop charging and only charge halfway”

“No other company appears to be developing worthwhile battery operated backpack vacuum cleaners like Pacvac. this latest advanced model is the best on the market. i use 3 sets of batteries and never run into a problem.”

“Brought cordless Vacume cleaner with 2 battery packs (4 batteries) in 2018 all 4 batteries need replacing after 1 year and that’s with only 1- 2 home uses each week. was told by retailer the batteries have a faulty cell and pac Vac have new batteries with Samsung cells. Not good enough in my opinion, I now have to spend $340-$680 for new batteries. If batteries were faulty they should be replaced free of charge.”

Hi Dorin, Thank you for your feedback. Your retailer is correct, it sounds like you’ve encountered some of our Series I batteries, within which there were unfortunately a few faulty cells. We’ve improved our technology, and now have our Series II batteries with all of our cordless machines. As a manufacturer we pride ourselves on our customer service.
