“Again this product lasted a few vacuums and then the plastic flapped off and it now scratches wood floors. The vacuum itself I can not fault but this head is a nightmare!”

These include: Incoming inspections for all materials and components In-process checks carried out by our technicians during assembly Final inspections and functional testing of each unit before it leaves our facility Even with these systems in place, we recognise that issues can still arise. When they do—such as in the case of your floor tool—we conduct a formal investigation led by our engineering and quality assurance teams. This involves a Root Cause Analysis (RCA), where we closely examine the failed component, review the production batch it came from, and evaluate material specs and tolerances. This helps us understand the exact cause and, more importantly, take steps to prevent it from happening again. Your feedback plays a crucial role in this process. It’s recorded in our internal quality database and contributes to identifying patterns, improving product design, and enhancing supplier performance. “I like this tool, however they don’t last very long. The underneath parts come off or full apart. Like the rollers/ wheels.”
