“I purchased a Pacvac portable barrel vacuum late last year and am very happy with it. However, the only thing I thought was a little disappointing was that it came with a multi surface floor tool which absolutely did not work on my hard floors, them being slate and uneven. I would suggest that if you are going to include a floor tool, you ask the client what kind of tool they would like. I now had to buy an extra floor tool and will never use the one that came with the machine. Other than that though, the machine and the tool arrived well on time and the service from Pacvac was fantastic. Back when I was still contemplating which machine to purchase, or rather which model to adopt, I rang Pacvac's service centre and a very knowledgeable and friendly lady provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. I like Pacvac and would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Best to use for wooden floor. Does the job without scratching them. The suction through it was maximal. Also good in couch where hair around. Totally love the tool.”
