“Really great floor tool. Scrapes off gunk on the floor and is able to still suck up whatever is infront with ease! Even all the not so small things.”

“very very disappointed to see this vac head for hard floor has been redesigned. the brissels are very hard and do not glide well over hard surfaces. would you still have any of the previous design soft brissel vac heads?”

Hi Jan, Thank you for your feedback. The brush you’re speaking about was made from horse hair, and we are no longer using animal by products as we work towards more ethical products in our range. If you would like to return your current floor tool and purchase our low profile attachment, combined with a microfibre sleeve this will be better suited for your application on hard floors.
