“I absolutely love this floor tool. It has just the right amount of bristles to get hair out of carpet and sand off hard floors. The only problem I have, is the wheels come off too easy if hair or fluff gets caught up in the Axel. Then after clearing the build up, the wheels don't stay on. I clean 3 homes per day, and I get around 2 months use of this floor tool before the wheels start coming off. Now when I purchase replacements, I always get a 2nd one for back up. But there is no other floor tool thay does the job for me, so I keep buying and throwing out broken ones. If this wheel issue could be fixed it would be fantastic”

“I ordered 2 of these recently. Its a great tool but the support wheels fell off within 2 days usage. I have had to place a screw next to it to stop it coming off”
